imed Daimi
Biography
Imed Daimi is a Tunisian politician and human rights activist. He served as Chief of Staff to President Moncef Marzouki and as a Member of the Tunisian Parliament (2014–2019). He holds advanced degrees in Development Studies and Computer Engineering from France, and worked as an expert in Oracle enterprise software. Daimi is one of the founding members of the Congress for the Republic Party and the founder of the “Watchdog Observatory” (Marsad Raqaba) dedicated to combating corruption and promoting transparency. He received the Order of the Republic (Class II) in 2013 and was named “Whistleblower of the Year” by the organization I Watch in 2016.
